Mohamed Wahib

Mohamed Wahib is the Team Leader of a High Performance Artificial Intelligence Systems Research Team at the RIKEN Center for Computational Science. His research interests revolve around the central topic of "Performance-centric Software Development".


In the context of High-Performance Computing (HPC), he actively works on (1) performance modeling, simulation, and optimization of parallel applications in CPU-GPU heterogeneous systems, (2) high-level frameworks for programming CPU-GPU heterogeneous systems, and (3) high-performance AI and data analytics.


Mohamed holds an MSc and a PhD in Computer Science from Hokkaido University, Japan
